Inspiration
Quick paragraph abt me <3
I am the first child to both of my parents. Luckily, in my early years of living, never have I ever felt a pressure or burden from my parent’s expectation. But lately I am beginning to do more reflects on myself. To the point where it sometimes became negative. By reflecting, I always wanted to know what other people think of me.
Honestly, I think it is very very dangerous when I seek someone’s approval. I wanted to change that and accept my pure actual self, my reflection without any edits. I think that is my goal right now
I wanted to change to be a better version of me. And ultimately be happier.
Reflecting, reflecting and seek for help from myself and people around me.

For this piece, I wanted to reflect my state of mind into the artwork. Me, constantly reflecting on who am I. I wanted to depict it into the self portrait.
Using digital manipulation, I can achieve my idea on self-reflect and what people usually experience about their own reflection. Sometimes they can feel dodgy and weird, not their usual self. Hopefully I can depict my idea into the piece.
I want people to see this and understand my struggle and other people’s struggle in finding out who am I. Maybe for some people who experienced it can feel that they are not alone in this.
It is okay to feel lost.

After some comments from Mr. Martin, I changed the whole design, but keeping the whole theme and basic idea.

FEEDBACK
On the first round of feedbacks, Mr. Martin suggest me to change the whole design, but keep the idea/topic of my design.
-get rid of the hands and the mirror
-edit and revise the the skin pieces
-make it more emboss and thickness to it
The following week, he told me it is already good but I need to add more things cause it is still too simple.
