Overall, this module has its ups and downs through out the semester. I fell a bit weighted with my responsibility as a leader, so whenever my teammates is not showing any progress or work it ultimately makes me nervous and felt like I am incompetent as a leader. Throughout the process I learn a lot as a designer and as a group leader , especially working with a client.
We need to fulfill client needs as well as rationalize the needs and the reality of the market. So, it is not an easy job to guarantee the successfulness of the branding yet also fulfilling the client's wants.
It is not an easy task to go step by step and not knowing what to do but you have these teammates that rely on you, soo I feel a bit mentally and also physically ( not so much tho) struggling. But thankfully my teammates never really complaint about my work ethics or how the group is going.
The things that I learn from this module are HUGE, from skill for design, making video, talking to clients, formulating contents, learning how to research market and implementing it to branding, talk with my teammates, handle them, arrange the work in group, and so much more. Also teaches me patient and strength when got rejected by clients.
It is a wow experience I would say!
