For the Project 2, we were tasked to do the overall research on the users and user experience. 
Back track a bit, I am redesigning and revamping a ride pool app called Kumpool. 

First I am doing a survey/questionnaire. I specifically do an online survey for this project. 
Create a set of questions to evaluate the current design of Kumpool App.

As for the UI/UX document is the compilation of all the things I did for Project 2.

Survey/Questionnaire:


From the result of the survey, I gain insights to make the card sorting, closed carting. 
Closed card sorting is quite different from open one, closed card sorting needs us as the moderator to make the sections of the app, then the users only fill out the rest of the sub-sections.

I asked 5 of my friends (some have used the app, other have not) to do the card sorting. The purpose of this step is to better understand the minds of the user apps or application user. From the result of this card sorting. It gives me knowledge to proceed with the wireframing.

Unfortunately, the wireframing in Miro is quite messy and ugly as Mr. Shamsul said, so I transferred it Figma. Made it nicer and neater in Figma.

I did 3 different designs of wireframe. The differences are mostly in the homepage. Variety in the navigation bar, icon sizes, placement of icons and advertisement banners. After a debate with myself and also asking my classmates and friends, I decided to go with the first one, which is .

  6. Ability to see promotions

  7. Ability to send feedbacks and recommendations
